OUR E-MAIL AND CONSULTATION POLICY

The volume of e-mail inquiries that we receive on a daily basis has grown too large for us to answer each one properly on a timely manner. We are therefore unable to guarantee that we will respond to your query. If you require legal assistance, please schedule either a personal or telephonic consultation with one of our attorneys by following the instructions below.

To enable us to better serve our clients and to accommodate the large number of people who wish to have a free initial office consultation, all office visits and consultations are strictly by appointment only.

RATES AND CHARGES

• Office Consultation

Initial office consultation is free. We charge, however, $50.00 for each succeeding consultation (maximum of 30 minutes). We will be glad to apply the entire amount of your consultation fee towards your initial payment should you retain our law firm for your immigration case within 30 days from date of your consultation.

• Telephonic Consultation

We charge $50.00 for each telephonic consultation (maximum of 30 minutes). We will be glad to apply the entire amount of your consultation fee towards your initial payment should you retain our law firm for your immigration case within 30 days from date of your consultation.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

• Telephone

You may schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys by calling us at (626) 331-8188 or (818) 956-8844. If you have already availed of our free initial office consultation and you wish to schedule another office consultation, or if you wish to schedule a telephonic consultation, please be prepared to provide us with your credit card information during your call. We will bill your card for $50.00 and provide you with the date and time for your consultation. The charge will appear on your monthly credit card statement.

• Online

You may schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys online. When you click on the link below, it will take you to a secured site where you can schedule your appointment and pay for the consultation fee, if necessary. If you have already availed of our free initial office consultation and you wish to schedule another office consultation, or if you wish to schedule a telephonic consultation, you will be required to pay for the $50.00 consultation fee with your credit card. • Facsimile [Paid Consultations Only]

If you have already availed of our free initial office consultation and you wish to schedule another office consultation, or if you wish to schedule a telephonic consultation, you may schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys by downloading, completing, signing, and sending us through fax our Credit Card Billing Authorization Form. Please fax the completed and signed documents to (626) 371-9258 or (818) 827-3057. It is important that you complete the form in its entirety. We will bill your card for $50.00 and will call you to provide you with the date and time for your consultation. The charge will appear on your monthly credit card statement.

PUNCTUALITY

• Office Consultation

Please come to our office on time on the date and time scheduled for your consultation. Failure to come on time would lessen the amount of consultation time that you will have with our attorney. Further, please prepare and bring all documents related to your case (ex. Passport, I-94, Notice of Denial, etc.) when you go to our office for your consultation so that our attorney could properly analyze your immigration case and give you the advice that you need.

• Telephonic Consultation

Please call our office on time on the date and time scheduled for your consultation. Failure to call on time would lessen the amount of consultation time that you will have with our attorney. Further, please be ready with all documents pertinent to your case when you call our office for your consultation so that you could provide our attorney with all information that he needs to properly analyze your immigration case and give you the advice that you need.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• Paid Consultation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your paid consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation in order to obtain a refund.

• Free Initial Consultation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your free initial office consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. If you fail to cancel or reschedule on time or if you fail to come during your scheduled free initial office consultation, you will be considered to have already availed of your free initial office consultation and any new one will be subject to a $50.00 consultation fee.

ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

A consultation with one of our attorneys does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and our law firm.
