All members of our firm, including our founder, Attorney Eugene M. Palacios, are immigrants – just like almost all of our individual clients. Attorney Eugene M. Palacios is an immigrant from the Philippines and the founder and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Eugene M. Palacios. He is licensed as an attorney in California (2001) and in the Philippines (1997) and is admitted to practice before U.S. Immigration Courts, the U.S. Central District Court, and California State Courts.
He graduated from the University of the Philippines’ School of Economics with a B.Sc. in Economics degree [Cum Laude; Awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence] and from the Ateneo De Manila University’s School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
Attorney Palacios has great depth of experience and a successful track record in handling all types of employment-based and family-based petitions as well as CSPA cases [aging-out cases], humanitarian reinstatement cases, PERM applications and naturalization applications. He is a writer and lecturer on immigration law. His articles regarding immigration have appeared in Asian Journal, a widely-circulated weekly newspaper for the Philippine-American community in the United States, and in other weekly minority newspapers in the United States. His quotes regarding immigration have appeared in the Press Enterprise, the leading newspaper in Riverside County and San Bernardino County, and in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, the local news source for Los Angeles County’s San Gabriel Valley region. He frequently holds free immigration seminars and has been invited to provide lectures regarding immigration by various community groups in numerous occasions.

At that time, he was also a lecturer in taxation at the San Sebastian College Institute of Law.
